In this Phosphor tutorial, we show how you can use Phosphor Studio to celebrate milestones and strengthen your relationship with your community by creating an NFT token of appreciation. Using a pre-set template, you can reward your fans with a unique digital collectible to mark special events and milestones that matter to you and your audience.
With the "Token of Appreciation" template, setting up a claim for your collectible is done in just six simple steps. This tutorial guides you through the process, making it easy to show your appreciation and keep your community engaged.
Here's how it works:
Unlimited Supply: The supply is unlimited until the claim window closes.
Ease of Use: Provide a single piece of media, name your collectible, and choose when your free claim launches.
Shareable URL: Upon completion, you’ll receive a URL to share on your socials for your community to claim the collectible.
Non-Transferrable: Tokens of Appreciation are always non-transferrable, claimable once per address, with gas fees covered by you (ERC-1155 standard).
This tutorial will take you step-by-step through creating your Token of Appreciation, helping you make your community feel valued and connected to your brand. Let's get started!
1. On the Phosphor Dashboard, select the recipe called “Token of Appreciation”
2. Read or acknowledge the introductory message
3. Add your claim details
Upload the artwork: JPG, GIF, PNG, MP4 formats are recommended and the file should be less than 50MB.
Choose a title for your collectible
Add a description to your collectible (optional)
Name the milestone or achievement you would like to celebrate with your community (optional). This will be added as a trait in the collectible’s metadata.
Describe the audience to provide more information on the intended recipients of the token of appreciation (optional). This will also be added as a trait in the collectible’s metadata.
4. Schedule your claim window
Set up the claim window start date: choose between starting as soon as the drop is activated, or setting up a custom date and time. The timezone is automatically synced with that of the device you are using.
Set up the claim window end date: choose between a common window (1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 1 month) or a custom date and time.
5. Review the claim information, select the network of your choice, and agree to fund the cost of deployment from your account balance.
6. Share your claim via link, socials, or QR code
Select “Share” and you can choose one or more of the following options:
Copy the claim site link: you may copy the link to the claim page to share it by email or on socials.
Share Claim site QR code: download a QR code that leads to the claim page or copy the link to the page that displays the QR code. The QR code is quite useful to share in real life by displaying it on a mobile device.
Share on X: make sure that you are logged in X before selecting this option. This should automatically create a post on X with a link to the claim page.
Cast in Warpcast: make sure that you are logged in Warpcast before selecting this option. This should automatically create a mint frame for your "claim" these aren't drops in Warpcast. See instructions below:
You are now all set to launch your first ‘Token of Appreciation’!
Once launched, you'll be able to see which of your fans have claimed their token, enabling you to reward them further in the future with exclusive access to new drops or even physical rewards.
